Unlevered Free Cash Flow (UFCF)
The cash the business itself throws off in a year, before anything is paid to lenders or shareholders.
Operating profit after tax, plus non-cash charges like depreciation, minus capital spending, minus any cash tied up in working capital. Unlevered means it ignores how the company is financed. That is handled in the WACC instead.
